TANZANIA (Report from Kim Leech Martindale serving with I.M.O.J. ... International Ministry of Jesus )

Thanks for your prayers! The Lord is working mightily. Here’s a quick update. After the Jesus film was shown the police escorted Lamnyak and Lucas (our National Partners) to the town center. They were able to rest and then woke the next morning and walked three hours back to the region where they had shared the Jesus film. The seven elders are currently working to get a permit for a Lamnyak and Lucas to share the Jesus film in remote villages. Meanwhile, they are sharing the gospel from Boma to Boma (house to house). This morning I received this word – "Holy Spirit is moving and falling on the people of Loliendo! Oh what miracles God is doing," Lucas and Lamnyak proclaimed this morning! They said, "It is not us speaking. It is the Holy Spirit!"

Pray that God will continue to fill Lamnyak and Lucas with his Spirit, so that when they open their mouths His Spirit will continue to do the talking and bring the Maasai listening to faith!

Lamnyak says we cannot take any credit for anything happening, but God is moving here. The Holy Spirit is working and moving and it is a miracle to see these lives being changed. Everyone wants a Bible.

One of the primary witch doctors became a believer and now the whole power structure has changed! The darkness has been pushed down, the light has come! Praise God!

Pray that God will continue to use Lamnyak, Lucas and other National Partners to push back the darkness that has blinded the Maasai people for centuries!

Praise be to God alone! Words cannot describe the joy that fills me as I know that this area is turning from darkness to light!!!!
